This is a design that was done for a company that makes mining machinery so most of the exhibit is going to be filled with large equipment (Ghosted out white shapes on the floor) They still wanted something to make them stand out at the show and there was very little floor space for architecture so I designed two large fabric structures to fly above the space.  The structures are designed to be very bold and masculine due to the industry.  Oldenburg was also very interested in having a double deck with semi-private areas up above.  I was able to let the fabric structures  do double duty and shroud the space on two sides.  Down on the floor they still needed space for two private conference rooms, a large reception desk, a information “bar” and several Kiosks to present looping video.
